You must be at least 18 years of age or older to enroll as a Member in the Passport Program and be the record holder of a valid eligible payment method issued by a financial institution acceptable to 1-800-Flowers.com. Your payment method information shall be maintained on file with 1-800-Flowers.com.
You may enroll in the Passport Program through the 1-800-Flowers.com website (located at www.1800flowers.com), our Mobile App, as well as, our toll-free telephone number 1-800-FLOWERS (1-800-356-9377). In addition, you may enroll in the Passport Program through any of our family of brands websites ("Affiliate Websites"), with the exception of Stockyards®. You must be signed-in as a registered Member of the Passport Program to utilize the online and Mobile App membership benefits. Please note, that when you utilize the Passport Program for your orders placed via the telephone, you will be required, at the time your place your order, to provide proof of Membership enrollment, as determined by the sole discretion of 1-800-Flowers.com. At the present time, the Passport Program may not be utilized nor accessed for your orders placed with us at our company owned or franchised retail stores.
Your paid Membership fee is fully refundable during the first 30-days of your initial enrollment and during the first 30-days of any annual Membership renewal, provided that, your Membership benefits have not been utilized and you cancel your Membership during the that 30-day period. After the 30-day period, your annual Membership fee is non-refundable, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
4. Your paid Membership in the Passport Program is valid for the term you selected (“Program Term”) beginning from the date of your enrollment and is automatically renewed at the end of the Program Term and billed to any eligible payment method on file, including the payment method used on your most recent purchase upon the anniversary of your enrollment for successive Program Term periods, at the then current rates for the Passport Program. The only exception to automatic renewal is a membership received through a Partner Passport Membership promotion which, unless noted otherwise, will not automatically renew upon completion of the initial membership term (see below). Prior to the automatic renewal and billing, we will notify you at least 30 days, but not more than 60 days in advance (via the email you used or provided to us at the time of enrollment) of (i) the pending renewal, (ii) the then current fees and charges applicable to the Passport Program, and (iii) where you may find more information about the Passport Program. We will also send you an additional email confirming your renewal. Should you elect not to be enrolled in our auto-renewal feature, you may advise us at any time prior to the anniversary of your Membership renewal by contacting us at our toll-free telephone number 1-800-FLOWERS (1-800-356-9377) or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and your payment method on file with us will not be charged. A confirmation email will be sent to you. If you contact us to discontinue the auto-renewal feature after your Membership has been renewed, your payment method will have been charged the then current paid annual membership fee for the Passport Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may request, and 1-800-Flowers may grant you, a full or pro-rata refund within its sole discretion based upon the extent that you may have utilized the benefits of the Passport Program and the period of time remaining on your paid Membership.
Benefits, Restrictions & Exclusions
There currently is no minimum purchase price requirement for your order(s) to utilize the Passport Program. The Passport Program may not be available in all countries and territories, including but not limited to, deliveries to Canada. Please see the 1-800-Flowers.com and Affiliate Websites for additional information.
Your Passport Program Membership entitles you to free shipping/no service charge on eligible products and locations. Free shipping/no service charge is defined as weekday only delivery of your ordered products to your designated recipient at available locations, using Standard or Ground shipping method or incurring a Standard Service Charge, as defined on the 1-800-Flowers.com and Affiliate Websites. Free shipping/no service charge eligibility is shown for each product on the 1800flowers.com and Affiliate Websites, as well as, generally described in paragraph 9 below. If using our toll-free telephone number to place your order, our call center representative can also provide you with details on product and delivery eligibility.
As a Member of the Passport Program you may elect to expedite the delivery of your order by paying an additional surcharge for (i) intra-day delivery time window, (ii) same-day business day, (iii) next-day business day, or (iv) weekend delivery (collectively “Expedited Delivery”), if and when available. The additional surcharges for Expedited Delivery are shown for each product and tier of delivery on the 1800flowers.com and Affiliate Websites. Expedited Delivery of your order may not be available depending upon several factors including, but not limited to, the product selected, the geographic location of the intended recipient, the time of year (seasonal and holiday/non-holiday factors), and the available modes of delivery (company owned and third-party vendors). 1-800-Flowers.com reserves the right, at any time, and without further notice, to change, modify or increase the surcharges for Expedited Delivery.
In the event your purchase order consists of multiple products, some of which are eligible for free shipping/no service charge, and others which are not, you will be required to pay the shipping and/or services charges applicable for ineligible products for the method of delivery selected.
Certain products, services and promotions are excluded from, and may not be utilized with, the Passport Program, including but not limited to: (i) certain perishable and other products requiring expedited delivery, (ii) certain products requiring delivery from specified or remote origination points, including but not limited to, orders being delivered international, (iii) products and services purchased on or through non-specified affiliate websites, including but not limited to, airlines, car rental, associations, and other memberships organizations are not eligible, (iv) products containing alcohol, (v) Stockyard® products, (vi) certain promotional, award, coupon, clearance and discount offers, including but not limited to, those offered by non-specified affiliate or marketing partners, and (vii) products and services that are not offered on the 1-800-Flowers.com and Affiliate Websites.
We sometimes offer certain customers various trial or other promotional memberships, which are subject to the Passport Program Terms and Conditions except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers. Trial members may at any time choose not to continue onto paid membership at the end of the trial period.
Member Information & Communications
Members may update or change their account information by accessing their Member profile at www.1800flowers.com and the Affiliate Websites.
The Celebrations Passport Program is for Member's individual personal consumer use only and may not be utilized by, or on the behalf of, businesses, commercial enterprises and third parties, including group purchases. The Passport Program may not be used by 1-800-Flowers.com Business Gifting Services customers and other corporate accounts, nor for the purpose of resale, profit, business or commercial purposes. You may not transfer or assign your Membership, or the benefits of the Passport Program.
All Member notifications, transactional communications, confirmations and updates will be sent to you via the email account which you provided to us at the time of enrollment or thereafter. From time-to-time 1-800-Flowers.com and the Affiliate Websites may wish to inform you of additional promotions and services which may, or may not be, associated with the Passport Program. By registering as a Member of the Passport Program, you grant your permission and consent to, receiving emails and other communications from 1-800-Flowers.com and its affiliates at the email and postal addresses which you have provided to us at the time of your enrollment. Should you wish to opt-out of the non-transactional communications you may receive from us or our affiliates please refer to the instructions set forth in the 1-800-Flowers.com Privacy Notice.
1-800-Flowers.com reserves the right, within our sole discretion, to refuse to accept and process any and all customer orders and suspend, discontinue, and refuse the utilization of any of the Membership benefits of the Passport Program to anyone in the event of advertising or marketing errors and/or the actual or suspected misuse, fraud and abuse associated with the Passport Program or any and all other offers, promotions and discounts which may be offered from time-to-time by 1-800-Flowers.com or its affiliates, subject to applicable law.
Purchase of specified products and/or services is required for Passport Free Trial enrollment.
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to enroll for Free Trial Membership in the Passport Program and be the record holder of a valid eligible payment method issued by a financial institution acceptable to 1-800-Flowers.com. Your payment method information shall be maintained on file with 1-800-Flowers.com and its Affiliate Websites. While you will not be charged for your free trial, having your payment method on file will allow us to automatically upgrade you to a paid membership plan at the end of the trial period (see above).
Free trial members enjoy all the benefits as paid members.
At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically upgraded to the applicable Program Term membership (see above) for the Program Term membership fee stated in your free trial offer. When we upgrade your membership, we use the same payment method you gave us when you signed up for your free trial. If we cannot successfully charge this payment method, we will attempt to use another payment method on file with us on your account. If we are unable to successfully bill your account, we will contact you via the email which you provided to us at the time of your Free Trial Membership enrollment. If you do not elect to upgrade to a paid membership, you can opt-out at any time during the free trial period by contacting us at our toll-free telephone number 1-800-FLOWERS (1-800-356-9377) or sending an email at email@example.com and referencing the telephone number or email address associated with your membership, and your payment method on file with us will not be charged. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Prior to your Program Term Passport membership renewal we will notify you in advance (via the email address you used or provided to us at the time of enrollment in your free trial membership) of (i) fees and charges applicable for the Program Term membership (ii) the effective date of your Program Term membership, and (iii) where you may find more information about the Passport Program. See Passport Term and Conditions AutoRenewal (paragraph 4) above.
Unless otherwise stated by these Terms and Conditions of the Free Trial Membership Promotion, all other Passport Terms and Conditions (above) apply during the free trial period.
Partner Passport Promotional Membership Terms and Conditions
We sometimes offer certain customers a Partner Passport Promotional Membership, which is subject to the Passport Program Terms and Conditions except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers or Passport Terms and Conditions. These members may choose to cancel their Passport Promotional membership at any time and their promotional membership will not automatically renew at the end of the initial membership period.
Purchase of specified products and/or services is required for Partner Passport Promotional Membership.
Partner Passport Promotional members enjoy all the benefits as paid members.
At the end of the initial promotional membership period, you will not be automatically upgraded to a paid annual membership. You may, however, choose to enroll into a paid membership program at any time.
Unless otherwise stated by these Terms and Conditions of the Partner Passport Promotional Membership, all other Passport Terms and Conditions (above) apply during the promotional membership period.
